    My first video was created in 2010 and as a good marketer, I wanted to brand it with my logo. The idea was to have a watermark in the lower right hand corner. Simply put this was not viable because it was ā€˜blurry’. For those in the know, the term is pixelated. I then had to invest in a new one.

    My mom used to say, ā€œMaureen if everyone jumped into the lake would you follow them?ā€ And with her finger pointing at me stabbing in the air, she would continue, ā€œNo. Be a leader – not a follower!ā€ Now to be honest I grew up on Lake Superior and it’s very cold… so it was easy to follow my mother’s advice.
