Customer Retention – Attract and Retain Customers
Marketing programs increase repeat sales and referrals
Marketing is about communicating with customers and potential customers – repeatedly – about the product or service you offer. Successful businesses persuade their prospects to buy their product or service. More successful business owners generate more profits through repeat sales. But how do you do it? With a custom Marketing Action Roadmap™ designed for your business.
Marketing programs are identified in your marketing plan although we find many small business owners don’t have one. But that’s okay – we can help. What’s on your must do list that you don’t have the time or expertise to implement? We can bridge the marketing gaps so you can focus on what you are passionate about – why you got into business in the first place. We can project manage specific action items or handle your entire project. The choice is yours.
Do you want more revenue and repeat sales from existing customers, to attract new customers and obtain customers referrals? You know that word of mouth is the easiest way to attract new customers.
More revenue from your existing customers
Active Health Solutions wanted to grow its patient revenue by selling complimentary products such as orthotics and orthopedic shoes.
McCabe Marketing wrote and designed a direct mail campaign, with a time limited and compelling offer. It captured readers with the headline “expiry of your healthcare insurance benefits”—true in reference to benefits for the calendar year. Testimonials showcased the different footwear products offered. The results were stellar; over 13% of patients purchased a product within six weeks.

Attracting new customers
Creating a video to educate customers and potential customers about your business is a great way to stand out from your competitors.
SmartShape™ Weight Loss Centre specializes in medical treatment for weight loss and obesity, and offers the Lap-Band and Gastric Balloon programs. A free consultation with a surgeon is available.
A series of educational videos was developed to help prospective patients and their families learn more about the procedures and comprehensive support program, and to meet the surgeons. The informative videos answer the patient’s most frequently asked questions enabling the surgeon to spend more time focusing on the patient’s health history and assessing their needs.
McCabe Marketing project managed the creation of the 14-part series of videos and was involved in all aspects of the videos from writing and editing the scripts to hiring the talent agency and casting the actors. We worked closely with the production company and played an integral part in the editing process.
